Job summary

LGT Group is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager for the Vienna-based CE Hungary team. You will support high-net-worth private clients and assist in expanding the CE business in a proactive, organized manner.

Fluency in English and German is required, and Hungarian language skills are mandatory. The role involves daily client interactions, event support, and potential internal projects, with a one-year contract and a modern Vienna office.

Qualifications

• Completed A-level degree or apprenticeship in the field of banking is required.
• Higher specialized education in banking or business administration is an advantage
• Experience in supporting private banking clients is an advantage
• Knowledge of regulatory framework conditions in the private banking business (cross-border rules, MiFID, AML etc.)
• Committed personality with a very high level of initiative
• Strong client orientation and service orientation with the highest standards of quality and reliability
• Empathetic personality with cultivated manners and very good communication skills
• Excellent team player
• Fluent English and German skills as well as good written and spoken skills in Hungarian language are mandatory

Responsibilities

• Proactive and efficient support of our CE-team members in the development and expansion of our business with demanding high-net-worth private clients
• Independent and proactive handling of daily business including preparation and follow-up of customer and acquisition appointments
• Efficient order acceptance and processing in the areas of securities, foreign exchange, derivatives, and payment transactions
• Independent assumption of organisational and administrative tasks to relieve the Relationship Managers (m/f/d) (Office Management: agenda management, presentations, correspondence)
• Participation in the organisation and preparation of customer events (invitation process) in cooperation with marketing as well as selective participation in representative events together with the customer advisors (m/f/d)
• Optionally, there is the possibility to participate in internal projects
• The position is limited to 1 year
