Job summary

LGT Bank Österreich, a branch of LGT Bank AG, invites applications for a CE-team support role in Vienna. You will assist private banking professionals with high-net-worth clients, manage appointments, handle account openings, and ensure compliance and smooth operations.

Qualifications

Completed banking education or apprenticeship is required.
Nice to have higher banking or business administration studies.
Experience supporting private banking clients is advantageous.
Knowledge of MiFID, AML and cross-border rules is expected.
Strong initiative, client focus and reliability are essential.
Excellent communication, both written and spoken in multiple languages.

Responsibilities

Proactively support CE-team members in developing and expanding client business.
Independently manage daily tasks including customer appointments and follow-up.
Interact with clients, handle account opening, compliance and correspondence.
Process securities, FX, derivatives and payments accurately.
Assist with office management tasks to relieve Relationship Managers.
Organise and prepare client events with marketing, and attend select events.
