Job summary

Prighter Group, a fast-growing LegalTech company, seeks a Privacy, Regulation & Operations Manager to join our Vienna-based team. You will handle day-to-day regulatory work for clients as their representative and service provider, from data subject requests to authority inquiries, while helping keep our internal operations running smoothly.

Guided by senior lawyers and privacy professionals, you’ll gain hands-on experience across GDPR, UK GDPR, NIS 2, EU AI Act and other frameworks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law or related field with interest in data protection.
• Basic GDPR knowledge and willingness to deepen it.
• Structured, reliable, deadline-driven work style.
• Strong written communication with clients and authorities.
• Tech-friendly with CRM/ticketing and case management tools.
• Availability during CET business hours.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a growing team.
• Humor and the ability to engage others.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day regulatory work for clients as their representative and service provider.
• Manage data subject requests, complaints, and authority inquiries.
• Assist with incident notifications and data breach reporting.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in our systems.
• Support onboarding and client records; assist product team with process improvements.
• Research regulatory developments and ad-hoc projects.
