KIRA is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead technical direction for major Southeast Asia products and systems. This is a hands-on leadership role designing scalable architectures, coding, and driving critical engineering work from idea to production.

As a technical leader, you will mentor engineers, shape trade-offs across speed and reliability, and raise standards in system design, testing, security and observability while operating in a distributed, global team.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
• Deep expertise in backend, frontend, APIs, databases or cloud infra.
• Strong system design and architecture for high scale systems.

• Own technical direction for major products and systems.
• Design scalable, reliable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases and infra.
• Code, prototype and review to drive production quality.
• Lead critical initiatives and mentor engineers across teams.

• Translate ambiguous product problems into clear technical execution plans.
