KIRA is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own the technical direction and execution for major products and systems. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will design systems, write code, and drive critical work from idea to production.

You will lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and raise the bar on reliability, security, and observability as the team scales across Southeast Asia and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
• Strong system design and architecture skills for complex or high-scale systems.
• Hands-on coding with a track record of delivering major engineering initiatives.
• Proven technical leadership and ability to mentor engineers across teams.

• Own technical design and execution for major products, systems and engineering initiatives.
• Design scalable, reliable systems across backend, frontend, APIs, databases and infrastructure.
• Build with the team through coding, prototyping, code reviews and production problem solving.
