Job summary

SKE Engineering GmbH in Österreich such eine/n erfahrene/n Technische/n Berater/in zur Planung und Umsetzung von PV- und BESS-Projekten. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, präsentieren maßgeschneiderte Lösungen und schulen EPC-Partner.

Sie fungieren als technische/r Experte/in während Inbetriebnahmen und unterstützen das Field-Service-Team. Relevante Projekterfahrung sowie fließende Englisch- oder Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Qualifications

• Fundiertes Verständnis von erneuerbaren Energien, Batterie-Energiespeicher-Systemen (BESS) und Netztechnologien.
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Planung und Auslegung von PV- und BESS-Projekten für Versorgungsunternehmen bzw. C&I-Kunden.
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hervorragenden Organisations-, Planungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

• Entwurf und Auslegung von PV- und BESS-Lösungen für Utility- und C&I-Projekte leiten.
• Technische Lösungen für Prospects präsentieren und eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammenarbeiten.
• Durchführung von Schulungen für Kunden und EPC-Partner sowie Vor-Ort-Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen.
• Technischer Experte, Unterstützung des Field-Service-Teams während der Inbetriebnahme.
• Als Hauptansprechpartner für das Versorgungswunschnetzwerk und Schlüsselkunden regionale Abstimmung, Vertrauen und Langzeitpartnerschaften fördern.
• Prozesse optimieren und Best Practices teilen, um Effizienz und interne Verbesserungen voranzutreiben.
• Als Repräsentant des Unternehmens bei Branchenmessen und Networking-Veranstaltungen auftreten.

• Provide expert technical consulting to internal teams and external partners during the pre-sales phase.
• Lead the design and engineering of Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for Utility and C&I (Commercial & Industrial) projects.
• Present tailored technical solutions to prospective clients and closely collaborate with the Sales team to finalize project proposals.
• Conduct professional project design trainings for customers and EPC partners, and deliver hands-on, onsite training during commissioning.
• Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the Field Service team with technical insights during the commissioning phase.
• Serve as the primary focal point for utility team and key accounts, fostering cross-regional alignment, trust, and long-term partnerships.
• Continuously streamline operational workflows and share best practices to drive efficiency and internal improvements.
• Actively represent the company as a technical expert at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

Unsere Erwartungen an dich:

Qualifikationen

• Deep understanding of renewable energies, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and grid technologies.
• Strong track record in designing and engineering Utility or C&I Photovoltaic (PV) and BESS projects.
• Highly structured and solution-oriented approach, complemented by excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and/or German, along with practical proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and MS Teams).

Erfahrung

• Solid project management skills with experience working alongside cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, engineering, certification).

Ausbildung

• Degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a closely related technical field.
