3CON Anlagenbau GmbH in Ebbs, Tyrol, Austria, seeks a PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer (m/f/d) to independently develop, program, and optimize PLC control programs for our custom machinery. You'll support control technology at our Ebbs headquarters and directly at international customer sites, performing functional tests, system checks, and commissioning of equipment in workshops and on-site.

The role requires a technical electrical engineering education and several years of PLC programming

Aufgaben

• Independent development, programming, and optimization of PLC control programs for our custom machinery.
• End-to-end support of control technology at headquarters in Ebbs/Tyrol and on-site with international customers.
• Perform functional tests, system checks, and commissioning of equipment in the workshop and at client sites.
• Collaborate with design, electrical, and project management teams to ensure project success.

PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer (m/f/d) – Special Machinery Manufacturing

Your field of activity

• Independent development, programming, and optimization of complex PLC control programs for our custom machinery.
• End-to-end support of control technology both at our headquarters in Ebbs/Tyrol and directly on-site at our international customer locations.
• Execution of functional tests, system checks, and final commissioning of equipment in our workshop as well as at client sites.
• Close cooperation and alignment with the design, electrical, and project management departments for successful project execution.

Your profile

• Completed technical education in electrical engineering (e.g., apprenticeship/skilled worker training, HTL, University, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent qualification).
• Several years of solid professional experience in PLC programming and automation technology (ideally in special machinery manufacturing).
• Good English language skills and a worldwide willingness to travel for international on-site deployments at customer locations.
• A communicative personality with an independent, structured way of working and a strong team spirit.
• Valid category B driver’s license.

Performance That Pays Off:

• The remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the metal industry. An overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
