Zusammenfassung

Fortil in Switzerland seeks a Senior Project Planner (M/F) to join its Life Sciences team. The role is onsite in Visp, Valais, supporting large CAPEX projects from engineering through start-up in the pharmaceutical industry.

You will manage Primavera P6 schedules, baselines, and recovery actions, coordinating across Engineering, Construction and CQV/Start-up teams in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in Project Planning / Scheduling.
• Experience on major CAPEX projects above CHF 200 million is highly desirable.
• Primavera P6 is essential.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or Life Sciences industry is strongly preferred.
• Experience with EPCM organisations is an advantage.
• Experience with CQV and Start-up activities is appreciated.
• Strong capability in critical-path, schedule-risk and progress analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Autonomous, structured and able to work in a fast-paced international project environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Establish and maintain project baselines and schedule-basis documentation.
• Coordinate planning activities across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Qualification.
• Analyze the critical path and near-critical activities and identify schedule risks.
• Monitor progress, deviations, trends and schedule variances.
• Develop recovery plans and corrective actions with project stakeholders.
• Lead scheduling meetings and planning sessions.
• Coordinate inputs from Engineering Partners, contractors and internal project teams.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of schedule information.
• Prepare progress reports, analyses and management-level presentations.
• Support resource planning and project forecasting.
• Collaborate with CQV/Start-up teams.
