Zusammenfassung

Fortil in Visp, Valais, Switzerland, seeks a Project Planner (M/F) to join our Life Sciences team and support capital projects from design through commissioning. The role is onsite in Visp, with exposure to projects above CHF 20 million and larger CHF 300 million opportunities.

Strong Primavera P6 skills and EPCM experience are required, with English proficiency and German as a plus. 5–8 years of planning experience in large industrial CAPEX projects is expected, along with a bachelor's degree

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of Project Planning experience within large industrial CAPEX projects.
• Experience planning projects above CHF 20 million is essential.
• Experience on very large-scale projects above CHF 300 million is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience working within an EPCM organisation is essential.
• Experience covering projects from design through commissioning / start-up.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or a comparable process industry.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work with complex project data.
• Excellent command of English.
• German language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering, Science or Business Management.
• Autonomous while being comfortable working within multidisciplinary project teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop, monitor and update integrated project plans and schedules.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule-basis documentation.
• Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities.
• Monitor schedule deviations and variances and support the definition of corrective actions.
• Prepare project progress reports, trend charts and schedule analyses.
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends and variances affecting schedule performance.
• Ensure the credibility and reliability of schedule information.
• Regularly review schedules with project team members and contractors.
• Facilitate project scheduling meetings and interactive planning sessions.
• Support resource loading and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate planning interfaces between Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning teams.
• Contribute to accurate and timely project reporting.
