Job summary

AOP Health Group is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to drive programs from development to launch and commercialization. You will unite cross-functional teams, provide clarity in complex situations and translate opportunities into tangible business outcomes.

You will lead complex pharmaceutical programs, develop long-term brand strategy, and ensure alignment of development activities with business objectives. Strong communication and pharma expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management in pharma/biotech.
• University degree in Life Sciences, Economics or related.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of drug development and pharma business.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex pharmaceutical programs across the product lifecycle, from development through launch.
• Co-develop and drive AOP Health's long-term brand strategy.
• Develop business cases aligning investments with objectives.
• Ensure program execution by managing priorities, timelines, resources and risks.
• Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration across functions.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Own high-priority strategic initiatives and support PMO capabilities.
