Revolution Medicines is seeking an Associate Director of Marketing for Austria to lead product launches, brand strategy, and omnichannel engagement. You will align local plans with European direction, working across Marketing, Field Force, Medical Affairs and Market Access to deliver data-driven customer experiences.

The role emphasizes speed, relevance, and patient focus, with close collaboration to European teams and strong leadership of cross-functional initiatives within Austria and Europe.

Formación

• 8+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in oncology.
• Experience leading product launches and omnichannel strategy.
• Proven experience working in international/European Marketing organizations.
• Strong understanding of modern digital and data-driven marketing models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall commercial leadership for product launches in Austria.
• Set launch strategy translating European plans into local activation.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness across Marketing, Field Force, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Operations.
• Develop compliant promotional material and campaigns in Austria.
• Define the promotional mix to establish Revolution Medicines in the region.
