Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline; experience in process engineering within pharma/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic/sterile manufacturing processes; exposure to compounding/packaging is a plus.
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills (URS, cost estimates, reports).

Aufgaben

• Execute engineering activities including design, implementation, qualification, maintenance and continuous improvement in the assigned area.
• Develop and implement reliable, cost-effective technical solutions ensuring quality and compliance.
• Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment, utilities and facility systems.
• Lead or contribute to equipment, utility and facility improvement projects focusing on productivity, energy efficiency, and maintenance optimization.
• Identify and evaluate technical solutions for operational and project challenges.
• Prepare equipment specifications, system requirements, URS, cost estimates and engineering reports.
• Develop project cost estimates and support Value Improvement Reviews to optimize project execution.
• Obtain and coordinate permits for maintenance, calibration and project activities.
• Support installation, commissioning and lifecycle management of equipment and systems.
