Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in OT/Automation within regulated industries.
• 5+ years leading automation teams and projects.
• Strong PLC/SCADA/HMI and OT infrastructure expertise.
• Experience with MES, EBR, RbE, and CSV.
• Proven automation programs and digital transformation delivery.
• Knowledge of AI, analytics, and Power BI in manufacturing.
• GMP/GxP, Data Integrity, and cybersecurity experience.
• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the site automation strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead automation engineers, technicians and external partners.
• Ensure high availability and reliable automation systems for production.
• Oversee capital projects, upgrades, and smart factory initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, CSV and data integrity requirements.
