Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in OT/Industrial Automation within a regulated industry.
• 5+ years leading automation teams (engineers/technicians/partners).
• Strong PLC/SCADA/HMI and OT infrastructure expertise.
• Hands-on MES, Electronic Batch Records, RbE, and vertical integration.
• Proven automation programs and smart factory initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI, analytics, Power BI and data platforms.
• Deep GMP/GxP, CSV, Data Integrity knowledge.
• Ability to define multi-year Site Automation Strategy with business alignment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-leader influence.
• Fluency in German and English.

• Lead, coach, and develop automation teams across manufacturing operations.
• Serve as escalation point for automation resources site-wide and drive cross-functional teamwork.
• Define and execute site automation strategy and technology roadmap.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of automation systems; improve OEE and throughput.
