EVER Pharma Group is seeking a product/portfolio professional to oversee projects from concept to launch, contributing to a balanced pipeline and market strategy.

You will analyze markets, track competitors and patent activity, and build forecasts for pipeline products, while developing AI agents and automations to support research and reporting. Collaboration with R&D, Regulatory, and Commercial teams is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in natural sciences; interest in business topics is a plus.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in portfolio or product management, business development, or sales in pharma preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking with comfortable handling large data sets.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g. Copilot) and enthusiasm for building AI agents and automations.
• Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and detail-oriented work style.
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical market and regulatory framework, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent German and English, written and spoken.

• Pipeline management: support product projects across lifecycle and maintain portfolio overview.
• Market and competitive analysis: track competitors, patent expiries and approvals; translate data into actions.
• Build and update volume and revenue forecasts for pipeline products.
