Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Operations Executive in Austria to oversee day-to-day operations within designated business units, ensuring efficient processes and accuracy in handling pharmaceutical products and services.

The role focuses on compliant packaging, labeling, shipment preparation, and system-based workflow in CTM-STAR. Candidates should have logistics experience and relevant certifications, with full-time employment at World Courier (Austria) GmbH.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation coordination, shipment tracking, or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Associate degree in logistics, supply chain, transportation, business administration, or related field preferred.
• CSCP/CLTD/CPIM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Comply with SOPs for reception and shipment of materials.
• Compare received materials with documentation for concordance.
• Prepare box contents per WC Packing List.
• Train and perform activities related to shipments (packaging, boxing, labeling).
• Execute Inbound, Outbound, Return and Relocation in CTM-STAR system.
• Manage relabeling, stock balancing and relocations at the facility.
• Perform other duties as trained.
