Job summary

White Recruitment Limited is seeking an Air Freight Operator to coordinate international pharma and healthcare shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring time-critical cargo meets stringent standards. You will liaise with airlines and partners, manage documentation, and maintain excellent customer service within a supportive global logistics team in Tyrol.

Qualifications

• Experience in air freight operations.
• Experience handling pharmaceutical/healthcare shipments.
• Understanding of international air freight procedures and documentation.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Team player delivering a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air freight shipments from initial booking through to final delivery.
• Manage import and export shipments, ensuring deadlines and customer requirements are met.
• Handle pharmaceutical and healthcare shipments in line with relevant industry standards and procedures.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas offices, agents, customers and transport partners.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve any operational issues.
• Prepare and manage relevant shipping documentation.
• Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal departments.
• Ensure a consistently high level of operational service and attention to detail.
