fonio GmbH in Vienna is seeking a design-focused ad creator who translates concepts into static ads that stop the scroll and convert. You will craft multiple variants quickly in Figma, collaborate with the Creative Strategist and Creative Director, and measure performance to inform iterations.

The role requires designing ads for Meta and LinkedIn, a CTR/conversion mindset, and a startup-paced environment. German and English proficiency are expected, with relocation to Vienna possible.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable experience designing high-performing static ads (portfolio required).
• Figma pro, fast and iterative.
• You understand paid performance and think in CTR/conversion, not just aesthetics.
• Startup pace doesn’t scare you - the opposite.
• German + good English.

Aufgaben

• Design static ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
• Produce many variants fast for A/B tests and iteration.
• Turn the Creative Strategist’s ad angles into strong visuals.
• Think in stop-scroll, hierarchy, and conversion - not just beautiful design.
• Work data-driven and optimize based on performance.
