You will design and optimize a scalable design system, build landing page templates that localize for markets like DACH, FR, IT, ES, UK, and US, and ship live with full ownership.

Collaborate with the Creative Director on brand direction, focus on conversion and responsive design, and enjoy relocation support, equity, and team offsites.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as a UI/UX or web designer focused on converting websites.
• Experience with design systems and localization across multiple markets.
• German + good English language skills.

• Own the design and continuous optimization of our website and landing pages.
• Build a scalable design system with reusable components.
