fonio seeks an Ads Designer to translate concepts into static ads that stop the scroll and convert. You will be fluent in Figma, rapidly producing variants and measuring performance rather than aesthetics alone.

Collaborate closely with the Creative Strategist and Creative Director to ensure angles become strong visuals. You design ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and other paid channels, iterate with A/B tests, and optimize campaigns with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrable experience designing high-performing static ads with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient in Figma, able to work quickly and iteratively.
• Understand paid performance and optimize CTR/conversion, not just aesthetics.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Native German plus strong English language skills.
