fonio.ai in Vienna invites a hands-on Creative Director to shape how our AI-powered brand looks and sounds to the world. You will own brand, website, and paid ads, and lead a small, high-impact creative team to deliver bold, consumer-grade creative for a B2B product.

We are seeking a leader who blends brand vision with performance, speaks German at native level and English well, and is ready to own end-to-end creative strategy—from concept to final sign-off.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience as Creative Director or Art Director, in leadership roles within performance/brand environments.
• Proven track record building or sharpening brands through work.
• Leadership mindset: enabler, not controller.
• Ability to blend brand and performance; strong creative that converts.
• German at native level and strong English.

Aufgaben

• Own fonio's visual and creative outward presence: brand, website, paid ads.
• Lead a three-person creative team and set direction without micromanaging.
• Give final sign-off on creative output and maintain cross-channel standards.
• Remain hands-on to challenge concepts and model high-quality work.
• Report directly to the Director of Growth.
