Job summary

Plug and Play Linz is seeking a Partner Success & Innovation Associate - Manager to build strategic relationships with corporate partners and drive open innovation initiatives. You will manage multiple partnerships, design engagement plans, and guide innovation programs across manufacturing, logistics, and construction sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, or Entrepreneurship.
• Ideally 2+ years in innovation management, account management, advisory, strategy consulting or similar roles.
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to work with all management levels.
• German native or C1 level and excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders to drive adoption, renewals and new revenue opportunities.
• Devise engagement plans aligning partner goals with internal structures and product offerings.
• Identify opportunities to connect partners with startups and other corporates to create value.
• Identify business development, licensing and strategic investment opportunities within the ecosystem.
• Prepare partnership reports and highlight achievements; host regular sync calls with partners.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects, track trends in key verticals, and advise partners on growth opportunities.
• Join Linz office as an early team member; help build the office, ecosystem relations, and AI-first workflows.
