Fabasoft Group is seeking a results-driven events professional to join our events team in Linz. You will develop and implement various event formats, oversee sponsorship activations, and ensure successful delivery from conception to execution across partnerships and stakeholders.

In this role you will craft concepts that tie brand, content and audiences together, coordinate external partners, and manage briefs, timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum education in event-related field with several years of experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing events and brand activations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and plan event formats for diverse audiences and occasions.
• Manage sponsorships and partnerships, ensuring deliverables are fulfilled.
• Create creative event concepts connecting brand, content and audience.
• Coordinate agencies, event organizers, service providers and external partners.
• Own briefs, schedules, timelines and budgets, tracking milestones.
• Analyze events and partnerships and derive optimization measures from results.
