Job summary

Abroadjobsineurope is seeking a skilled pallet maker to join our manufacturing team. Read blueprints, cut and assemble wood components, and produce pallets that meet safety and industry standards.

You will inspect materials, repair damaged pallets, and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment. The role requires high attention to quality and the ability to work with a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in woodworking is a plus.
• Experience in pallet making, woodworking, or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools used in pallet production.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods.
• Strong focus on quality and accuracy in measuring, cutting, and assembling pallets.
• Ability to troubleshoot pallet-making process and implement effective solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints or specifications to determine pallet design and dimensions.
• Cut, shape, and assemble wood components using hand tools and power tools.
• Construct various pallet types to meet customer specs.
• Inspect materials and pallets for safety and quality.
