HELDECO CAD/CAM Fertigungstechnik GmbH is seeking a Production worker to contribute to high-precision manufacturing of heavy components for international clients. You will deburr, grind, finish, locksmith and machine parts while ensuring quality and efficiency on a 38.5-hour week in a two-shift system.

The role emphasizes careful, independent work, teamwork, and a readiness to operate cranes and forklifts as qualified.

Qualifikationen

• Interest in metal and comfortable handling it.
• Experience in metalworking or production helpful.
• Careful, precise, and independent work ethic.
• Strong teamwork, reliability and quality awareness.
• Forklift license advantageous (can be obtained later).
• Willingness to work a 2-shift system (38.5-hour week).

Aufgaben

• Deburring, grinding and finishing of heavy mechanical engineering components.
• Locksmithing and mechanical machining of components.
• Quality control of machined workpieces.
• Support with general production and manufacturing work.
• Crane and forklift operations (depending on qualification).
• Involvement in the ongoing optimisation of workflows.
