SKIDATA in Grödig (Salzburg area) seeks a Supply Chain and Order Management Specialist to own the complete customer order lifecycle—from order entry through invoicing—and to support ERP improvements and automation initiatives.

You will work with logistics, production and finance, contributing to data-driven processes and cross-functional collaboration across our international team. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and readiness for continuous improvement are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in order management, order fulfilment or logistics coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems; Dynamics AX is a plus.
• German at least C1 and English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end customer order lifecycle from order entry to invoicing.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, subsidiaries and distribution partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Contribute to ERP improvements and automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to support consistent ways of working.
• Support projects strengthening order management capabilities, including AI-assisted tools.
