Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Alliance Insights and Management Lead to steer Oracle partnership initiatives across the Europe region through governance, events, and cross-team collaboration. You will define joint engagement models, drive sales enablement, and help close priority deals by leveraging Oracle and Accenture strengths.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a similar role focused on Oracle Partnership.
• Experience selling Oracle Solutions or Oracle Sales Management is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle Industries, Fusion Applications, OCI, Data & AI.
• Deep understanding of the Oracle EMEA landscape in terms of organisation is a big plus.
• Language skills: English (mandatory), any additional European language will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Combine Oracle technology and Accenture services to incubate oracle business group priorities, frame unique value propositions, and enable selling at scale across the Business Group.
• Build and manage the strategic relationship between regional Oracle Alliance teams and Accenture oracle business group, Sales and Client teams.
• Define and execute standing joint governance model within region, including cross-Accenture participation.
• Define and execute a structured engagement model with Regional managing directors and Sales Leads for deal registrations.
• Drive communications strategic wins, joint priorities, sales enablement sessions, awards and accolades.
• Incubate and Enable Strategic Business Group Priorities; originate and close priority deals leveraging Oracle relationships.
• Develop and drive enablement for joint strategic Business Group priorities, bundling Oracle with Accenture services.
• Partner with Oracle to frame value proposition and provide feedback for alignment to client needs.
• Activate Partnership Events and External Analyst Reports.
• Support leadership councils and regional forums with priority alignment and client meetings.
