Roche seeks a high‑impact Accelerating Scale operating model champion to strengthen delivery discipline across programs. You deploy into initiatives with risks, absorb chaos, and restore teams to a predictable state so they can focus on value creation.

In this role you coach Product Managers and teams, guide scoping and prioritization, manage dependencies, and help leaders translate architecture into measurable business outcomes. Fluent English is required; travel 10–25%.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or related fields in project management, operational excellence, agile coaching, or related functions.
• Scientific, engineering, or business background with a bias for action.
• Experience stabilizing delivery in complex, high‑pressure environments — you’ve been the person who walks into the room and brings clarity.
• Strong coaching instincts: you develop capability, not dependency.
• Deep understanding of agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks — not as dogma, but as practical tools.
• Analytical and systemic thinker: you see the patterns behind the symptoms.
• Comfortable working across organizational levels — from team‑level coaching to executive‑level reporting.

• Stabilize delivery in high-risk initiatives by providing structure and predictability.

• Make remaining risks visible to stakeholders without adding friction.

• Lead effective retrospectives and post‑mortems focused on learning.
