Roche Informatics is seeking a Product Operations Lead (POL) to bridge strategy and delivery across the Life Cycle. You will align portfolio objectives with execution, provide visibility to leadership, and maintain consistency across Jira, Orion, and Monday.com.

With 7+ years in diagnostics or life sciences, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and advance the RIS Operating Model while enabling teams to innovate with clear processes and governance.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or related fields in project management, product operations, or related functions.
• Strong operational mindset with lifecycle management understanding.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Maintain strategic traceability across the Life Cycle and cascade context to product groups.
• Be the single source of truth for investments, capacity, and risks; provide executive visibility.
• Drive operational flow, remove friction, and shield teams from overhead to focus on delivery.
• Enable the operating model and integrate standardized workflows across RIS operations.
