Rohlik is seeking a Process Manager, Operations to optimize and scale our last-mile fulfillment across Central and Eastern Europe. You’ll sit between operations and product, turning challenges into structured processes and technical solutions with hands-on floor work.

This role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma, data-driven decision making, and documentation, with up to 50% travel across five countries. English required; e-commerce/logistics experience preferred, with hybrid work options.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience in operations or process engineering.
• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into documentation for engineering teams.
• English language proficiency (B2) and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Process Analysis & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and root causes across fulfillment center and last-mile operations.
• Process Design & Specification: Develop and document target process designs for Product Owners and developers.
• Methodological Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, VSM, and Ishikawa to streamline workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners, software developers, engineering, and local teams to implement solutions.
• Business Case & KPI Tracking: Define KPIs, build ROI models, and track impact post-rollout.
• Implementation & Readiness: Write SOPs and support site teams for smooth rollouts.
• Continuous Improvement: Feed field insights into roadmaps and initiatives.
