Zusammenfassung

INNIO is seeking a Project Delivery & Fulfillment Manager in Austria's Tyrol region to oversee material planning and timely supply of spare parts for projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage inventory, and ensure accurate ERP data across packagers and sites.

The role requires strong logistics expertise, proficiency with ERP systems, and the ability to travel to project sites. Fluent English and German are essential as you collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in material planning, fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Very good English and German skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and warehouse management tools; Oracle knowledge is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Oversee material planning and fulfillment to ensure spare parts and components are available on time for project installation and execution.
• Manage inventory control, receiving, storage, and material readiness at packager locations and final installation sites.
• Coordinate supply chain activities cross-functionally with Project Management, Requisition Engineering, Global Supply Chain, external packagers, logistics providers and customers to maintain smooth material flow.
• Monitor and maintain ERP system data to support accurate material tracking, planning, and reporting.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs related to material readiness, fulfillment accuracy, delivery performance, and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement fulfillment and logistics strategies to improve efficiency and support project timelines.
• Support quality control processes related to packaging, storage, and material handling.
• Resolve issues related to material shortages, order discrepancies, transportation delays, inventory deviations, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards regarding safety, quality, environmental, and documentation requirements.
• Support of further operational tasks to ensure successful project execution.
