• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in AD and Azure AD.
• Configure printers, VPNs, and endpoint devices.
• Deploy and image computers using standard tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Monitor endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA targets.
