BCIC Swiss is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist for a manufacturing environment in Switzerland. You will provide end-user support for hardware, software, and networking issues across Office and shop floor, including SAP, GFOS, and DOXIS systems.

The role requires 10+ years of IT support experience, strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 skills, and fluency in German with professional English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of IT Support / Service Desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, MFA, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
• Familiarity with SAP (ERP), GFOS (MES), and DOXIS (DMS) preferred.
• Experience supporting users in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
• Fluent German; professional English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Guide users with step-by-step troubleshooting and application setup.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and resolve technical incidents efficiently.
• Log and track all incidents, root causes, and resolutions in ServiceNow.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 support or development teams.
• Manage and prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain IT support for approximately 300 users across office and shop floor.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up until issue closure.
• Support ERP (SAP), MES (GFOS), and Document Management System (DOXIS).
• Assist manufacturing facility users with IT-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
• Maintain clear communication with both office and production staff.
