Qualifications

• Experience leading omnichannel digital initiatives across web, app and social commerce.
• Proven ability to drive growth using data, AI and analytics.
• Strong English communication; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own digital touchpoints (web, app, social commerce, third-party platforms) within omnichannel environment.
• Lead end-to-end merchandising to support launches, campaigns, Growth Plan.
• Set KPIs and OKRs to drive growth, engagement and online performance.
• Conduct E‑commerce P&L analysis and coordinate across functions.
• Deliver country roadmap, develop digital CMPs and maintain dialogue with global teams.
• Coach and develop the digital CMP team with a focus on long-term growth.
