What You Will Do

As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping client engagements from problem definition through implementation. You will work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. You will help shape the problems we tackle and develop specialized expertise that others seek out.

• Lead workstreams on client engagements, structuring analyses, and developing actionable recommendations that support client decision-making.
• Frame hypotheses, identify key business questions, and direct quantitative and qualitative research to generate insights.
• Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to solve complex business issues.
• Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, analyses, workshops, models, and discussions that help move projects forward.
• You’ll have the opportunity to work across our industries and capabilities, with the flexibility to specialize early or explore different areas before choosing a path.

Who can apply?

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience, gained at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Experience serving in banking, financial services, insurance, private equity, energy, transportation, and similar areas is advantageous.
• Outstanding analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems.
• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different audiences and seniority levels.
• Strong ownership, adaptability, and resilience, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
• Business fluency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally as client needs require.
