INTEGRA is seeking an NGS Sales Specialist to drive growth in genomics and clinical diagnostics. You will lead engagements with researchers and lab directors, delivering compelling demos and trainings while managing the full sales cycle.

You will build strategic networks, expand market share, and stay ahead of NGS trends, collaborating with internal teams to optimize the customer experience. A biology background and 3–5 years in molecular biology/NGS are preferred; travel is extensive.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology or related field.
• 3–5 years with molecular biology techniques and NGS applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Willing to travel extensively (+50%).

• Drive sales growth in select locations by executing strategic plans and expanding market share.
• Identify and develop opportunities through networking, events, campaigns, and direct outreach.
• Build strong relationships with researchers, lab directors, and key decision-makers.

• Manage the full sales cycle and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide hands-on support for installations, troubleshooting, and post-sales service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and influence product development.
• Stay ahead of NGS trends and share insights to guide innovation and strategy.
