SOPHiA GENETICS seeks a Field Application Specialist to train and support customers on our genomic solutions. You will travel across Europe to deliver hands-on training and assist with protocol optimizations, working closely with sales and product teams to capture customer feedback.

The role requires hands-on NGS experience, experience in FAS/SME-like roles, and the ability to travel 60-75% of the time. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on wet-lab NGS experience, including library preparation.
• Experience in a FAS / Implementation / SME style role is highly required.
• Travel 60-75% to various European locations for training and support.
• Fluency in English; additional European language skills are beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Train and support customers on SOPHiA GENETICS Bundle solutions.
• Draft scientific and quality documents, including fact sheets and work instructions.
• Interact with sales/product teams to relay customer needs and feedback.
• Contribute to internal laboratory projects and protocol optimizations.
