Zusammenfassung

Intuitive in Austria/Switzerland seeks a highly motivated digital sales professional to grow our digital solutions portfolio. You will build long-term customer relationships, roll out programs, and drive adoption with a hands-on attitude.

You will manage end-to-end sales from lead generation to closing, support onboarding, trainings, and workflow analyses, and present product demos remotely, on-site, or at tradeshows. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; engineering or medical background preferred.
• 3+ years sales experience in medical devices.
• 2+ years experience in procedural or healthcare software.
• Proven track record introducing new technologies to market.
• Excellent selling skills and ability to build credibility with educated customers.
• Knowledge of OR environment and clinical workflows; hospital IT/PACS familiarity.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Travel required up to 75%.

Aufgaben

• Be subject matter expert and trusted advisor in assigned territory.
• Achieve annual sales goals and utilization growth targets.
• Implement sales process from lead generation to closing, and post-sales account management.
• Follows-up and ensures success in closed deals (implementation & onboarding).
• Executes the Digital sales processes.
• Manage administrative tasks: reporting and forecasting of sales activities and pipeline.
• Drive expansion through collaboration with sales leadership and marketing; lead presentations and events.
• Manage and increase day-to-day customer and account relations.
