Zusammenfassung

NXP Semiconductors NV in Austria seeks an experienced RF engineer to lead NFC RF system concept development, define specs for chip interface signals, and create validation plans for NFC and wireless charging. You will run simulations (ADS), analyze interference paths, and ensure interoperability with legacy NFC solutions.

The role requires a strong RF background, MATLAB/Mathcad proficiency, and excellent English.

Qualifikationen

University degree in electrical engineering or similar technical studies.
5 years of work experience or more in RF technologies.
Experience with simulation tools: ADS, LTSpice, Cadence Orcad.
Good knowledge of Matlab, Mathcad.
Solid English skills, willing to learn German.
Team player with passion and willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

Definition of NFC RF System concept to guarantee interoperability and coexistence to existing NFC systems working @ 13.56MHz.
Writing system specification.
Definition and Execution of simulations (e.g. ADS) to demonstrate expected behavior or to show possible limitations.
Supporting Standardization Team to analyze technical feasibility of changes in the Standard.
Definition of Verification and Validation plan for NFC and Wireless charging.
High level definition of Content and structure of Application notes.
Technical presentation within RF team and to customers.
