Job summary

Fronius USA, LLC seeks a Project Sales Manager to drive growth of Welding Automation across the U.S. market. You will lead strategic initiatives, enable national sales teams, and build key accounts while expanding market presence.

Responsibilities include market segmentation, pricing strategy, and coordinating with FIA engineering and sales leadership. Travel regularly and report on profitability and long-term business development.

Qualifications

• Welding Engineering Degree required.
• 5–8 years in welding applications and automated welding systems.
• Passport and willingness to obtain travel.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Broad IT proficiency and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Identify viable market segments for automation offerings and optimize pricing.
• Partner with FIA for segment evaluation and new/expanded offerings.
• Develop pricing structures to maximize profitability and after-sales support.
• Support automation operations with documentation, catalog management, and scheduling.
• Enable national sales teams and collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Deliver automation sales training for regional, partner, and key account teams.
• Drive market awareness through articles, launches, and events.
