Zusammenfassung

Fronius USA, LLC seeks a Group Leader Sales Region to enable and coach regional territory sales teams, drive growth, and manage customer relationships within the assigned region. You will work with an internal team to deliver optimal solutions, align with national and global growth strategies, and promote the Fronius Way across sales activities.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive travel, and a deep understanding of the welding industry.

Qualifikationen

• Valid passport and ability to travel regularly.
• ,
• Experience in sales of investment goods.
• Executive leadership experience with focus on team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the welding industry.
• Excellent written, verbal, negotiation and public speaking skills.
• Self-starter with remote work capability.

• Sustainably implements strategies, sales, and service processes in the specified team.
• Implements management decisions and increases sales performance.
• Assumes profit responsibility for the specified team.
• Leads regular team meetings and appraisals; sets sales goals and develops the team.
• Coordinates advanced training and coaches sales processes.
• Provides progress reports to the Director of Sales and supports marketing
