Purpose of the Role

Purpose of this role is to lead and manage the centralised Claims, Wage Subsidy and Post Placement Support teams to maximise the placement-to-outcome conversion while ensuring timely, accurate and compliant processing of all outcomes and payments.

Performance in this role will be measured against the successful outcomes and performance data, per month.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the performance and operational effectiveness of centralised teams, including Claims, Wage Subsidies, Activities and Post Placement Support to achieve high performance across the organisation
• Build Claims Team capability by improving skills, efficiency and consistency of claim assessment and processing
• Ensure claims are quality assured to maximise business outcomes while maintaining full compliance
• Manage Progress fees to ensure all are lodged accurately and on time
• Lead the Wage Subsidy Team to ensure all eligible placements receive timely wage subsidy offers, with payments processed accurately, on time and in line with guidelines
• Lead the Post Placement Support Team to deliver high quality, outcomes focused support to participants and employers, maximising sustainable employment outcomes to achieve high performance across WFA and TTW contracts

The role reports directly to the National Operations Manager, with 4 direct reports; Claims & Wage Subsidies Team, PPS Team Leader, Activities Team Leader.

Key experience needed:

• Deep understanding of Employment Services, Recruitment or Training Industries.
• Previous experience working to contract regulations and guidelines
• Leadership at multiple levels, from front-line to C-suite executives
• Strategy plan development and delivery
• Multi-state management and working with remote staff
