Job summary

You will design experiments, plan complex projects, and collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers; proficiency in MATLAB or Python is expected, with a Master’s in a related field and 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics.
• Experience with optical measurements or surface analysis.
• Knowledge of statistics and design of experiments.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in a laboratory and semiconductor equipment environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop inspection techniques and metrology recipes for customer demos and data generation.
• Independently design and conduct experiments and develop analytical methods for product testing.
• Plan and manage complex metrology projects with proper documentation.
• Analyze metrology equipment performance and collaborate with suppliers on CIP.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and calibrations.
• Support metrology roadmap development with engineering teams.
• Engage with analytical labs and wafer suppliers to extend testing offerings.
