Zusammenfassung

ams OSRAM AG in Austria seeks a Process Engineer for Metrology to own automated measurement processes in semiconductor production. You will develop measurement programs, analyze data, and collaborate with suppliers to introduce new metrology tools.

Required qualification includes a university degree in a technical field, hands-on metrology experience (SEM, ellipsometry, profilometry), and fluency in German and English. Strong analytical skills and independence are essential.

Qualifikationen

University degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
Hands-on measurement techniques experience (SEM, ellipsometry, profilometry, UV/VIS/IR).
Fluent in German and English; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in semiconductor metrology or related quality methods is a plus.

Aufgaben

Take ownership of processes and equipment for automated measurement systems in semiconductor production.
Develop, maintain, and manage automated measurement programs.
Analyze measurement data from production and development.
Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate new tools and methods.
Qualify and integrate new metrology systems into production.
Create production and quality documentation (MSA, work procedures, utilization reports).
Troubleshoot issues and lead cross-department improvement initiatives.
Support R&D in new products and processes.
