Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical or scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on measurement techniques experience (SEM, ellipsometry, profilometry, UV/VIS/IR).
• Fluent in German and English; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in semiconductor metrology or related quality methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of processes and equipment for automated measurement systems in semiconductor production.
• Develop, maintain, and manage automated measurement programs.
• Analyze measurement data from production and development.
• Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate new tools and methods.
• Qualify and integrate new metrology systems into production.
• Create production and quality documentation (MSA, work procedures, utilization reports).
• Troubleshoot issues and lead cross-department improvement initiatives.
• Support R&D in new products and processes.
