OSCE Vienna is seeking a consultant to develop concise e-learning content on mental health for managers and to support related workshops and trainings. You will coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment with OSCE policies and referral paths.

The role requires psychology experience, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information. English fluency is essential; Russian and German are assets.

Formación

• Bachelor level degree in psychology and relevant experience.
• Experience in coordinating meetings, events and materials.
• Knowledge of organizational and business psychology and crisis intervention.
• Familiarity with qualitative/quantitative research and literature reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Develop e-learning content on mental health and wellbeing for managers.
• Coordinate content work with internal/external contributors and set timelines.
• Prepare materials for workshops/trainings and recruit peer volunteers.
• Provide organizational and administrative support to OSH team.
