OSCE in Vienna is seeking a senior instructional designer to design a self-paced, interactive e-learning course on mental health for managers. The 1–2 hour module will be built in Articulate Rise 360 as a SCORM 1.2 package for deployment on the OSCE LMS.

The assignment is fully home-based with virtual coordination and review rounds. Deliverables include content map, storyboard, interactive prototype, and the final SCORM package by 31 December 2026, with editable source files transferred to OSCE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Experience with Articulate 360, SCORM 1.2, LMS deployment.
• Experience creating learning content on workplace mental health.
• Fluent in English; other OSCE official language a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct learning needs analysis for OSCE managers.
• Draft objectives, outcomes and learning activities.
• Develop storyboard/content in collaboration with OSCE.
• Validate content with subject matter experts and obtain approval.
• Export SCORM 1.2 package and hand over assets.
