OSCE seeks qualified experts in psychology and institutional capacity-building to assess needs and capacities for psychological support within the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs. The assignment includes stakeholder consultations, mapping structures, and developing policy recommendations for a future service model.

Remuneration and terms will be based on OSCE rates; work is off-site and may involve international collaboration and validation with national stakeholders.

Qualifications

• First-level university degree in psychology or related field.
• Experience in policy planning and needs assessments.
• Familiarity with gender-responsive approaches to workplace psychology.

Responsabilités

• Conduct stakeholder consultations and data collection.
• Develop needs assessment and institutional capacity reports.
• Identify risks, gaps and opportunities; draft policy recommendations.
• Draft and present findings to MIA and stakeholders.
• Coordinate validation and finalisation of assessment and recommendations.
