Job summary

Distalmotion is seeking a Complaint Handling & PMS Specialist to join the Quality & Regulatory team on a temporary assignment. You will investigate product and customer complaints, support continuous product improvement, and manage returned products to support CAPA and Post Market Surveillance activities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of QA experience in a medical device company, plus experience in complaint handling and knowledge of ISO 13485, 21CFR 820, MDR/MDD and ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of QA experience in a medical device company.
• Experience in complaint handling.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, 21CFR part 820, MDD, MDR and ISO 14971.

Responsibilities

• Investigates product and customer complaints.
• Supports continuous product improvement.
• Manages returned products.
• Contributes to CAPA and Post Market Surveillance reviews.
