Aufgaben

• Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization, including conceptualization, CAD modeling, development and test/validation.
• Design components using metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics and advanced coatings.
• Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards and GD&T.
• Conduct analyses including structural, FEA, thermal, heat transfer, stress, vibrations, fluids and gas flow, and manufacturability assessments.
• Prepare feasibility studies and test plans to characterize and validate design performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations to clearly communicate design intent and validation results to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturability, quality and cost optimization.
• Provide deliverables including FMEA, technical specifications, risk analysis, test specs and design reviews.
