You will consolidate signals into a single truth, build ML models to score leads by value, and feed insights back into ad platforms for smarter optimization. You own the models and their impact across campaigns.

The role involves building CLTV models, scoring leads, and integrating scores into Meta, Google, and other platforms. Collaboration with marketing and GTM ensures measurable performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience building data pipelines and ML models.
• Understanding signals for paid media and how platforms use them.
• Experience with attribution, conversion APIs, or offline conversions is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Build predictive CLTV models from customer signals and scores.
• Integrate scores into ad platforms to sharpen targeting and bidding.
• Own tracking and conversion infrastructure (Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads).
• Turn raw behavioral data into measurable performance impact.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing and Go-to-Market teams.
